World leading switch manufacturer Kraus & Naimer has recently launched a brand new range of switchgear in stainless steel enclosures. Building on their experience of providing switch disconnectors, cam switches and changeover switches in a variety of different enclosures such as GRP, mild steel and polycarbonate, the experts at Kraus & Naimer have now produced a range of switch disconnectors in stainless steel enclosures with sloping roofs.
Using grade 304 brushed stainless, the enclosure roofs have a 15o back to front slope which prevents items being stored on the roof and also the collection of any liquids from washdowns. This makes them particularly suitable for environments where high pressure jets are used for cleaning.
Designed to provide maximum flexibility and ease of access for wiring and installation the enclosures offer IP65 protection and are available complete with Off/On switch disconnectors from 3 to 6 pole, with or without auxiliary contacts and up to 315A Ie AC-21A.
