Demonstrating ERP Implementation Excellence
Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, have announced the winners of this year’s UK Customer Excellence Awards at Staverton Park, Daventry. The 2016 list, unveiled during the Epicor User Group conference, consisted of Epicor customers in the country who have shown outstanding planning and deployment of the company’s wide range of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, resulting in one-of-a-kind customer experience, higher efficiency, and enhanced overall business performance.
This year’s winners are: 
- Business Transformation winner: The Authentic Food Company, a family owned business based in Manchester that creates award-winning frozen food
- Business Transformation Highly Commended: Sovini Trade Supplies Ltd, a one stop shop for housing associations, house builders and repairs and maintenance firms in the North West
- Business Transformation Highly Commended: Teconnex, a world leader in in jointing technologies
- Customer Experience: Westminster Electrical Wholesalers Ltd, a dedicated company of sourcing and supplying quality electrical products
- International Export/Growth: IOP Publishing, provider of journals, ebooks, magazines, conference proceedings and websites for the scientific community
The Epicor Customer Excellence Awards started in 2014 as a regional initiative. The awards have now grown into an international programme, with separate award ceremonies held across the globe, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, with a global finale taking place later in the year.
“The awards serve as a benchmarking platform to effectively measure our customers’ successes in using ERP solutions,” said Andy Archer, regional vice president for Epicor UK and Ireland. “This year’s winners have been rigorously evaluated according to the global criteria developed to gauge excellence in ERP deployment. They were selected after their success stories not only stood out among other submissions, but also set new standards for other organisations and project teams to emulate. The awards provide an opportunity for Epicor customers to benchmark their success in ERP implementation, improve employee engagement with technology and boost confidence in similar information technology investments. The recipients in the region are revealed annually during the company’s customer events where companies can engage and exchange information with other Epicor customers, partners and industry experts on how to better use Epicor solutions in their respective businesses
