Schneider Electric, the global specialist in energy management and automation, is showcasing some of its latest smart home solutions at the Houzz of 2018, a pop-up, five-storey installation in Soho inspired by the most exciting 2018 design trends.
Schneider Electric will promote its partners in the domestic electrician industry and inspire homeowners with interior design solutions and stylish wiring accessories for residential and renovation applications from 26 to 31st of January.
As a gold sponsor, Schneider Electric will bring a ‘smart’ edge to the event. It will demonstrate how its home solutions work in context, bringing beauty and efficiency to the home. Attendees will be able to see the following products from Schneider Electric installed in the Houzz House:
The Lisse Screwless Deco range is aimed at the connected, stylish consumer, combining smart design with convenience and at a very affordable price. Designed for simple installation, the range is ideally suited for both new construction and refurbishment projects. It’s detachable front cover, with hidden screws and available in four unique finishes, can also be removed and reattached easily while redecorating.
The Ultimate range also brings the benefits of easy installation and design, with a premium feel. The range offers a solution for every mood and style preference, including ultra-slim, inconspicuous flat plates and white-moulded cases for an alternate look. Ultimate wiring accessories also come with a USB charging port and glow-in-the dark frame for easy use in the dark hours.
The new Wiser solution will make an appearance. Schneider Electric’s Wiser goes beyond smart homes to enable ‘smart zones’, allowing home owners to customise every room of the house to their desired temperature wherever they may be. Combining IoT-connected thermostats and radiators with the Wiser phone app, consumers can personalise their home temperature with a single tap or swipe. Wiser helps homeowners live smartly and efficiently, saving energy when they want to and turning up the heat when they need to.
Schneider Electric will also be supporting its partners in the electrician and electrical contractors sector. It will host its exclusive Electrician Partner Business Directory on the Houzz website, directly promoting and bringing business opportunities to its Schneider Electric Partner Programme.

Houzz, the online home improvement platform and community that connects homeowners with tradespeople, is opening its Houzz of 2018 from 26th to 31st January to showcase the key trends that will define homes in 2018. In the heart of Soho, a five-storey townhouse will be transformed into the Houzz, featuring a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, home office and children’s room stocked with the latest accessories and devices.
The Houzz of 2018 show will take place from 26th until 31st January at 19 Greek Street in Soho, London. The pop-up exhibition will be open to the public every day between 10am and 6pm.
