The UK and Ireland’s leading pro-tools supplier launches new Tool Up – a seasonal campaign built on the idea that better-equipped tradespeople deliver better work
Lost time on site is almost never about the work itself – it’s the tool that’s not up to the task, or the accessory nobody thought to order. Jefferson Tools has built new Tool Up around precisely that reality, pairing professional-grade equipment with the accessories that make each product work-ready from day one.

Welding & cutting
The edition leads with the 140 Amp Mini Arc Welder, a lightweight IGBT MMA unit with digital display, smart cooling and hot-start and anti-stick functions. Jefferson Tools has bundled it with a welding and grinding helmet, 16″ gauntlets and a 10W COB worklight – turning a single purchase into a complete working package. The 40 Amp dual-voltage Plasma Cutter, capable of cutting up to 25mm, ships with a free MAPP and oxygen brazing kit, extending its appeal well beyond straight cutting.
Compressed air: building the full system
A compressor is only as useful as what’s connected to it. Jefferson Tools’ 200-litre, 3HP belt-drive unit – 100% copper-guaranteed winding, two-year warranty – arrives with a 15-metre retractable hose reel and five-piece air kit as standard. A new High-Vis Airline Suzi range in 7.5 and 15-metre lengths, standard and heavy-duty, extends the system further. Also new is a rechargeable digital tyre inflator with 40-hour runtime – a tool that earns its place in a van or a workshop with equal ease.
Power tools: serious machines, working immediately
The 40mm Industrial Magnetic Drill, available in 230V and 110V, delivers 1500W of power and 14,000N of magnetic adhesion for structural steel and heavy fabrication. It ships with a free Slugger pilot bit and cutting and tapping fluid – nothing needs sourcing before work begins. The pillar drill range spans 550W bench-top to 1500W floor-standing, each supplied with anti-fatigue matting and cutting fluid; the top model adds a workshop vice. A 10″ swivel-head bandsaw with 0–60° pivoting head and integrated coolant system ships with a free 6″ bench grinder.
“The trade has always understood value, but value isn’t just about the price on the label. It’s about what you can actually do with a tool the day it arrives,” says Darren Binns, National Sales Manager at Jefferson Tools. “That’s what we’ve built into this edition: pairings that make sense, accessories that earn their place, and products that let people get straight to work.”

Hand tools: range, depth and lifetime confidence
A 94-piece socket set, the Tundra 34-piece 1/2″ drive set with free impact adaptor set, and a 10-piece 3/4″ deep impact socket set with free 600mm breaker bar cover the driven-fastener spectrum. A 14-piece imperial combination spanner set and 10-piece stubby spanner set, both with lifetime warranties, cover everything else. A buy-one-get-one HVLP gravity-feed spray gun offer rounds out a section that delivers genuine workshop depth.
Automotive: safe lifting, ready for whatever comes in
A 2-tonne low-profile trolley jack, ranging from 85 to 375mm, is compact enough for roadside use yet capable in the workshop. A 3-tonne model handles heavier recovery and lifting. Axle stands from 4 to 24 tonnes and Tundra hydraulic pullers in 5, 10 and 20-tonne outputs address bearing, gear and pulley removal that would otherwise mean a trip to a specialist.
Outdoor & site: built for the busy season
Jefferson Tools’ pressure washer range is well-timed for summer. The 6.5HP gearbox petrol unit, solid brass pump and gearbox drive for extended pump life, ships with a free jerry can and fuel spout. A 13HP petrol model with Annovi Reverberi triplex pump, rated at 15 litres per minute, tops the range for heavy-duty commercial cleaning. An 18″ stainless steel surface cleaner, removing dirt up to 15 times faster than standard wands, completes the package.
New Tool Up is available now and runs until 31 August 2026 through Jefferson Tools’ network of trade stockists across the UK and Ireland. The full catalogue can be requested from local tool stores or downloaded at jeffersontools.com.
