As you may have noticed we have a slightly new look to Electrical Engineering this month. As I mentioned in my previous column we have, for some time, been in the process of redesigning the look and feel of all the magazines in the Connecting Industry portfolio, and it’s with great excitement that we are rolling-out the new-look style in the March issues.

Although we’ve been busy working on the new designs, the content of our March issue is just as insightful as always – containing all the usual engaging features, case studies and latest product news.

We’ll also be looking ahead to the biannual Drives & Controls show taking place at the Birmingham NEC on 8th-10th April (page 38) as well as the Sustainability Live exhibition, also at the NEC, on 1st-3rd April (page 22).

Also this month Steve Bratt from the Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA), provides his latest column for Electrical Engineering in which he looks at the main drivers in the recovery of the UK economy and how this can best be sustained (page 33).
