As 2012 draws to a close Chint Europe (UK) Ltd are fast moving in to what they are calling “The Supply of Solutions”, designing and manufacturing custom switchboards and Power Distribution boards utilising the companies 3rd party approved components. MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs. Etc.
Chint UK recently launched an advanced range of TP&N distribution boards including Power and lighting metering options allowing engineers the possibility of conveniently meeting the requirements of Part L2 of the Building Regulations. The Assemblies can be conveniently assembled together, vertically or horizontally ensuring the most convenient use of available space.
A major feature of all Chint product lines is speedy despatch, often from stock of their, competitively priced products. Speedy despatch is not new to Chint UK who continue to develop their reputation for excellent customer service despatching better than 99% of their product offering on a next day delivery. Where products are not immediately available there is a regular container delivery arriving in Bury, frequently on a weekly basis, when products are not immediately available they are often flown in to the UK.
The companies reputation for speedy service is further backed up with direct communication at the highest level with the Chinese manufacturing plants.
The Chint Solutions package complements the companies existing ranges of “Market Leading” single phase Distribution units, Consumer Units as well as their ranges of Motor Control Gear, Contactors and various control components.
To help grow Chint UKs place in the UK market 3 additional well qualified sales engineers have been employed. Tim Nicholas to cover the South West and who was previously with GE, Gabriel McNally and Mark Cruces previously with Dorman and Smith.
Gabriel has a dual sales / Industrial marketing role whilst Mark will be handling sales in the N East. There are further vacancies for additional outside sales staff covering, the South East, Scotland and Ireland.
2012 has been a very exciting time at Chint UK, the fast sales growth has seen a need to not only further substantially increase the available storage space at the Bury location, the company is actively seeking additional premises to handle further substantial stocks and future “manufacturing needs”.
Looking forward to 2013 Chint are determined to increase their UK presence and will be further developing their product ranges and presence, not only in the UK but similarly in other major European countries. The current development, growth strategy of Chint UK is following the pattern long established in Asia where Chint are the leading manufacturer of Electrical Controls, distribution equipment, Solar Panels, Inverters and Cabling Solutions.
