The BPC PowerPro EF 300 series UPS sets ground breaking standards for technical innovation using the latest DSP technology. The PowerPro EF range by BPC is now available up to 500kVA capacity, with minimum space, fewer components and controlled levels of noise pollution, it has a significantly reduced environmental impact. Therefore, with the Eco-Friendly UPS range it is feasible to design a UPS with a reduced carbon footprint whilst still achieving clean continuous power, making it ideally suited for advanced enterprise computing installations and for the environmentally aware client.
DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSOR TECHNOLOGY
The Eco-friendly UPS is a combination of BPC’s advanced DSP (Digital Signal Processor) control technology and a firm pursuit of green manufacturing philosophy. By using the latest DSP technology the vulnerable, transformer based interface circuitry is totally eliminated and replaced by DSP processing. As a consequence, efficiency, reliability and functionality are enhanced to levels unattainable with the old analogue technology.
A further benefit of the DSP system is the ability for the UPS to be programmed to suit a wide variety of electrical environments without jeopardising its performance, while improving maintainability through powerful self-diagnostic routines.
A precise LCD display provides real time status and parameter readings via the DSP controller.
