Friday 27 September 2024 – St Albans, UK based WASP PFS (”WASP”) is pleased to announce the sale of its USA Critical Power Solutions business to Avail Infrastructure Solutions (“Avail”).
WASP’s Critical Power Solutions business based in Central Illinois, is a fast-growing provider of low voltage power distribution and switchgear technology to the US data centre and renewables industries. The acquisition expands Avail’s product portfolio which includes medium voltage switchgear, bus-way and acoustic enclosures, to include low voltage solutions, notably for the data centre market.

WASP’s fuel management and filtration business is not impacted by the transaction.
