u-remote Modules in IP67: robust, versatile and flexible

In both machine and plant construction, sensors and actuators from the entire machine have to be connected to the control unit. This means that you are able to easily connect the corresponding IO link sensors and actuators. Alternatively, the channels can also be configured as standard digital inputs and outputs or you can use analogue IO link sensors and actuators. This allows for more functions to be mapped to an individual module, which often results in the capacity being able to be increased. The two compact and lightweight designs simplify the planning of installation surfaces und cable routing.
The more complex a production process becomes, the greater the number of processing stages that need to be coordinated. A large number of sensors and actuators within the production facility are connected with the central control system. In many cases, these connections have to cover great distances and involve the processing of many different signals. When employed in such connections, u-remote IP67 ensures maximum power in the system. The M12 L-coded connectors provide a 16 A power supply – i.e. more power in the system – and need fewer power-supply units, which means that much less time and effort needs to be spent on cabling.
A fully encapsulated zinc die-cast enclosure protects electronics from vibrations, welding sparks and moisture during operation making them perfect for industrial environments. With compact features in both 60mm and 30 mm wide designs, they are particularly suited to confined spaces.
