jon farmerReliability and value for money have established Duomo (UK) Ltd as a preferred supplier to local authorities, national facilities management and installation companies throughout Europe.

Phillip Wild, managing director of Duomo (UK), said: “For some years we have supported and represented ESA Pyronics. I recognised we needed a specialist with extensive knowledge in process combustion to source enquiries, competently price, quote and manage large combustion projects. Jonathan Farmer’s extensive experience and the fact that he is well respected in the industrial process burner field made him the ideal candidate. Jon’s background and understanding of high level engineering has meant that he has quickly adapted to other areas of sales activity for all Duomo (UK) Ltd products. I am confident that Duomo will continue to grow and benefit greatly from Jon joining the organisation.”

Jonathan Farmer comes with a wealth of experience within the industry, having spent the last seven years in similar roles with Nu-Way Ltd and Hotwork CT.  Joining in advance of the launch of Duomo (UK) Ltd’s new website Jonathan can continue his success. Jonathan will take responsibility for directing the organisation’s sales and maintaining Duomo’s unique service and commitment to its customers.

Jon says, “With the number of European burner suppliers reducing due to mergers and acquisitions we saw an opportunity to push into the UK market with ESA Pyronics. When offered the role the potential to develop the Duomo/ESA business was an opportunity too hard to turn down.

My role within the business is to drive the business to support our existing customers and develop relationships within the industry to increase the sales and varied customer base for Duomo.

I have been in the combustion industry for more than 20 years, developing my experience and understanding. I am very passionate about the combustion field which ranges from melting furnaces to food ovens, a fresh challenge every day! The UK industry has been very challenging over the last 5-6 years, but we are starting to see some positive signs which we hope we will be part of.”
