This highly complex process requires extensive management application and prolonged dedication by many engineers across wide ranging disciplines.
It is not unusual for such a process to take two years before a solid certifiable design is achieved, for one single design. The process for the Cannon Pre-Certified Portfolio of multiple specifications has taken over three years.

CANNON HAS INVESTED SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES, OVER A PROLONGED PERIOD, WORKING WITH THE UPTIME INSTITUTE, TO CREATE PRE-CERTIFIED “TIER 111” DATA CENTRE DESIGNS, ACROSS A BROAD RANGE OF CAPACITIES.
Currently, the Cannon Portfolio of “UPTIME PRE-CERTIFIED” DATA CAMPUS facilities enable almost any size facility to be provided by combining all of these pre-certified capacities in any mix of combinations.
The range in this portfolio enables almost any size Data Centre project to be rapidly created with assured compliance to Tier III resilience.

With Cannon Matrix, Cannon uses a fully integrated build system developed and improved over forty plus years, comprising Cannon’s precision standard components throughout. The outcome is therefore equally predictable and controllable, avoiding costly project drift.
The Cannon Matrix system uniquely enables the complete Data Hall to be internally equipped, at the same time and in parallel with the whole exterior construction. The whole construction and equipping task progress in parallel, avoiding the costly and time-consuming need for complex project management of follow on trades.
Traditional builds require months of expensive follow on trades together with unforeseen delays and associated cost and pain.
The Cannon pre-existing system and integrated capability enables extremely rapid configuration and layout of any new Data Centre concept and the need for an initial blank paper design and months of design effort, now disappears.
The time taken for the design phase is now reduced from months or years to only a few days, subject to customer specific requirements, which are usually accommodated with ease.
The process is quicker, much less complicated, faster to completion and poses less dangers to investors than is experienced with traditional old-fashioned constructions.
