Lighting controls specialist B.E.G. has expanded its UK sales team following the appointment of Chris Jackson as its new business development manager.
Jackson will be responsible for working with electrical consultants, contractors and engineers in both the public and private sectors and will focus on London and the South East of the country, whilst supporting our distribution partners. He has more than 20 years of experience in the electrical and lighting industry and his previous companies include Willard Electrical Services, Edmundson Electrical Limited, Aico Limited, JCC Lighting Limited and KSR Lighting Limited.
Jackson is looking forward to taking up his new position with German manufacturer, B.E.G. who celebrated their 40th anniversary last year. Speaking about his appointment, Jackson said: “B.E.G. is a great company to work for and well-respected in the trade.
“B.E.G. has proven quality products and is constantly adding new ones to their already extensive range of occupancy sensors and KNX solutions.
“My aim is to build on an existing customer base and introduce new ones to the B.E.G. range. I’m also looking to achieve good relationships with all of our stockists, contractors and consultants and make sure that B.E.G. is their first choice for PIRs.”
