A new dawn for LED floodlight design

LUMiLife has launched a collection of LED floodlights that come with upgraded designs to give planners and developers greater versatility when installing. The 10-80 Watt models in the new range feature extended brackets with 360° rotation to offer more flexibility, while the slimline-look saves on space and offers a discreet security solution.

Aside from the new design, each model has been accurately tested to reflect halogen wattage equivalents. This will give clients and their customers the knowledge required for a hassle-free experience when switching over to energy-efficient LED floods from halogen models. The range is protected against dust and water intrusion, with an IP65 rating that allows for outside use. Wattages start at 10 Watts and go up to 100 Watts.

Lumen outputs range between 690 and 8,520, replacing halogen models that consume between 30W and 350W. And they all have 30,000 hour lifespans, which is 20 times longer than traditional lighting equivalents. The 10, 30 and 50 Watt models have PIR sensor options with customisable time, lux and sensitivity options that can be combined to increase energy-saving potential.

Sensor time scales can be adjusted between five seconds and five minutes to change the length of time the light remains on after detecting movement. The LUX dial allows for the sensor to be activated after dark. And the sensitivity dial increases or decreases the sensor’s detection distance up to 10 metres. They come with 120° beam angles to cover large areas with light and – depending on the model – they’re available in a choice of black or grey casings with a range of different colour options, including: warm white, cool white and multi-coloured.

Prices start from £8.90 and all products can be bought from trade.ledhut.co.uk. Or you can call one of LEDHut’s dedicated account managers on 0161 655 0660.
